My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was ideal for those visiting the Frisco area, and there was plenty of space for gatherings. However, the unpreparedness of the hotel during high school graduation weekend was inexcusable. The rooms needed better cleaning and maintenance, and the noise from other guests was quite disruptive. On the bright side, the breakfast was exceptional with a variety of choices.

The hotel had clean and modern rooms with a king size single bed, offering a pretty cool experience despite a delay in check-in. The service was great, particularly from Angello who was very friendly and made adjustments to my bill. The location was very good, especially for visitors attending the FISD area high school graduations, although the hotel seemed unprepared for the recent weekend. The dining experience was satisfactory with varied options, though there was room for improvement. Overall, the facilities were convenient and the hotel provided value for money.
